Here’s why NOW could be a great time to change jobs ⬇️

The last 18 months has seen many of us reevaluate work. There’s been a shift in values where some people have pursued completely different opportunities (a mixture of choice and necessity as some industries halted), and others look to leave companies that didn’t treat their staff very well during the pandemic.

✏️ The term “the great resignation” has been hitting headlines for some time, as the market picks up and more and more people resign. 

✏️ It’s a good time to be looking for a new job as the demand for talent is fast outweighing the supply. It’s changed from an employers market to an employers market. 

✏️ In May, jobs site Reed.co.uk had its highest number of monthly postings since 2008! And in August another 250,000 roles went live on the site. 

✏️ With only 2 months of 2021 left, it’s likely to get even busier between now and December with many people keen to start their careers afresh in January.
