
Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal and Parent & Baby Yoga
I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2017 and have completed over 450 hours of training. My speciality is teaching calming yin yoga and working with soon-to-be and new parents guiding them through gentle flows that support each stage of pregnancy/postpartum.
I started practicing yoga in my early 20s after suffering from panic attacks and anxiety (thanks to a busy city life and an even busier brain!). Yoga helped calm my mind and gave me tools to really help in moments of worry/overwhelm. This has translated to my teaching style which is very inclusive, kind and encouraging.
