Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal and Parent & Baby Yoga

 
 

I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2017 and have completed over 450 hours of training. My speciality is teaching calming yin yoga and working with soon-to-be and new parents guiding them through gentle flows that support each stage of pregnancy/postpartum.

I started practicing yoga in my early 20s after suffering from panic attacks and anxiety (thanks to a busy city life and an even busier brain!). Yoga helped calm my mind and gave me tools to really help in moments of worry/overwhelm. This has translated to my teaching style which is very inclusive, kind and encouraging.

Supporting you through bespoke yoga and meditation

As well as teaching public classes in London and Brighton, I offer private 1:1 sessions online.

For those in pregnancy/postpartum I work with you to create bespoke classes tailored to where you are at in your pregnancy/postpartum journey and any aches and discomforts you want to address. For pregnancy yoga we can also work with breath work and tools to support during labour.
